We take a holistic approach to patient care, offering services to treat the physical, emotional, and mental needs of our patients and their loved ones.
Responsibilities
- Assist RNs or Physicians in performing specialized procedures, duties, and plan of care items.
- Administer and instruct administration of medication.
- Maintain current patient records and progress notes.
- Maintain regular communication with RN concerning patient and family care needs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- LPN license.
- Nursing or patient care experience preferably within Hospice specialty.
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
