**Job Description**: In this key role, you'll oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns that showcase our brand's unique offerings and engage our target audience. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to develop compelling content, identify new opportunities for growth, and measure campaign performance using data-driven insights.

**Responsibilities**:
* Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and align with our brand's messaging and visual identity.
* Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
* Analyze campaign performance using metrics like website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, applying this knowledge to inform campaign strategy and improve results.

**Requirements**: We're looking for a results-driven professional with 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a CPG or wellness brand. You should have a solid understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, as well as experience with email marketing and search engine optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and project management abilities, and a passion for staying current with industry trends are also essential for this role.

**Salary and Benefits**: This role comes with a competitive salary of $85,000-$100,000 per year, plus comprehensive health and dental insurance, a wellness and professional development stipend, and remote or hybrid work flexibility.
