Job Title: Education Program Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Program Director to lead our online education programs in Learning Technologies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in education, instructional design, and online learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement online education programs that meet the needs of our students and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to design and deliver high-quality online courses and programs.
  • Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of online education programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including students, faculty, and industry partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online learning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in online education, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of online learning platforms and tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
