Role Overview:

As a Spa Reception Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, warmly welcoming them as they arrive for their appointments. Your role is crucial in setting the tone for an exceptional client experience by delivering top-notch customer service. You will manage the check-in process for clients and guide them through the beginning of their journey. After their session, you will handle the check-out process, engaging with clients about their experience and overseeing the cash handling duties. Success in this role requires a comprehensive understanding of our services and the ability to address inquiries effectively.

  • Assemble gift packages for clients and perform additional tasks as required.
  • Utilize the company's unique reservation system effectively.
Who You Are:
  • Experience in direct customer service within the hospitality sector is essential.
  • Previous experience in a luxury environment and/or spa is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Punctual, dependable, and adaptable to scheduling needs.
  • Organized and capable of following detailed instructions.
  • Bilingual capabilities (English and Spanish) are advantageous.
