We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Executive Director to lead our team at Vista Prairie Communities. As a key member of our senior living community, you will be responsible for the overall management of our facility, ensuring the highest level of care and service for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a professional, trained, and motivated staff within current budget and state and federal guidelines.
  • Deliver and manage care through the Aspire Lifestyle Model to honor residents and enhance their quality of life.
  • Lead staff to achieve goals in all areas, including marketing, resident care, culinary services, activities, maintenance, and community relations.
  • Engage residents using the Aspire 5 pillars of wellness, including Social, Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, and Spiritual.
Requirements
  • Current license as an Assisted Living Director (LALD) in Minnesota required.
  • Minimum two-year degree in business, geriatrics, health care, human services, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of three years of progressive management experience, including at least two years of management in the senior living industry; or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
