Job Title: Site Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational teams to deliver customer and manufacturing activities while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and execute operational plans to enhance productivity and profitability through excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Manage materials management and inventory control programs to reduce cost and ensure timely supply of materials.
  • Review sourcing and procurement activities to improve gross margin.
  • Motivate and engage local workforce, identify critical talent to support business goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven knowledge in a relevant field of study (life sciences, business, engineering) with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Demonstrated manufacturing operational experience and success leading and developing teams in a first-class life science, biotechnology, or manufacturing organization.
  • Strong foundation in organizational leadership and operational techniques, including 5S, GMP, TQM, Kanban/Kaisen, or Six Sigma.
  • Proven ability to operate in a global environment and experience within multiple product manufacturing environments serving various customers.
  • Previous success implementing or managing programs driving continuous improvements and efficiencies in operational processes and deliverables.
