The Event Steward plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization at the venue. This position involves ensuring all areas are spotless and providing friendly, efficient service to both teammates and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to proper dishwashing protocols, including washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or manual methods.
  • Ensure clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are stored in an orderly manner.
  • Maintain location appearance standards.
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency while delivering friendly and efficient service.
  • Practice proper inventory control and equipment handling.
  • Follow company guidelines as outlined in the training manual and employee handbook.
  • Implement good safety and sanitation practices.
  • Complete all station setup and breakdown tasks thoroughly.
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards teammates and supervisors.
  • Arrive on time and ready to fulfill all assigned duties.
  • Assist fellow team members as needed.
Essential Qualifications
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and engage physically with guests.
  • Capability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required.
  • React promptly and effectively in emergency situations.
  • Demonstrate the physical stamina and agility necessary for mobility throughout the day.
  • Lift and move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Transition from sitting to standing positions swiftly.
