Key Responsibilities

  • Upholding brand identity across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest by actively engaging with audiences.
  • Creating and managing editorial calendars to streamline the publishing workflow.
  • Crafting compelling social media copy tailored for various platforms and target demographics.
  • Interacting with the public by efficiently managing direct messages, comments, and community interactions.
  • Tracking mentions across social media channels to enhance reporting and uncover engagement opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the creative team to source and produce visual content.
  • Utilizing existing resources to maintain a vibrant presence on social media platforms.
  • Providing brands with actionable insights through analytics to refine overall communication strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
