Job Title: Store Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a professional appearance and command presence at all times, wearing designated dress standards and adhering to safety and security protocols.
  • Monitor store entrances, exits, and high-risk areas to prevent theft and shoplifting, and maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats.
  • Engage with customers and associates in a friendly and respectful manner, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Identify and report theft incidents and suspicious activity to management, and participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with store and field leadership to achieve business objectives and support the company's mission and values.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, AP/LP, or Operations is preferred.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and to visually monitor the store environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
