Job Overview

Ally Behavior Centers is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Leader. This role will provide leadership and organizational management in client programming, behavior interventions, staff development, classroom management, and parent training.

Responsibilities
  • Lead intake meetings with new clients and families to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct and score initial and ongoing cases using appropriate tools to ensure effective treatment
  • Train and supervise a caseload of no more than 8 clients and technicians to ensure high-quality care
  • Provide supervision for BCBA/BCaBA candidates to support their professional growth
  • Develop parent training goals and lead parent training meetings to empower families
  • Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapists to coordinate therapy for shared clients
  • Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children as needed to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain strict client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA protocols
  • Communicate effectively with families and clinical teams to ensure seamless treatment and goal achievement
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • BLS certification or willingness to complete training and exam upon hire
  • Ability to work on-site from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Pass a federal and state background check
