You will be involved in a full-time, center-based program delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 18 months to 6 years diagnosed with autism. The primary aim is to provide high-quality therapy that enhances communication abilities, social skills, and readiness for academic challenges. Position Overview: As a Certified Behavior Analyst (CBA), you will oversee and manage client programs, behavior interventions, team development, classroom operations, and family guidance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial meetings with new clients and their families
  • Create tailored treatment plans and communicate progress with your team
  • Provide supervision for a manageable client load
  • Deliver one-on-one therapy and training as required
  • Collaborate with fellow therapists for a comprehensive approach
  • Maintain client confidentiality and ensure effective communication

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • CBA certification is essential
  • BLS Certification (or willingness to obtain post-hire)
  • Availability on-site during weekdays
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Pass federal and state background checks

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to move freely and lift objects
  • Capacity to lift up to 30 pounds
