You will be involved in a full-time, center-based program delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 18 months to 6 years diagnosed with autism. The primary aim is to provide high-quality therapy that enhances communication abilities, social skills, and readiness for academic challenges. Position Overview: As a Certified Behavior Analyst (CBA), you will oversee and manage client programs, behavior interventions, team development, classroom operations, and family guidance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial meetings with new clients and their families
- Create tailored treatment plans and communicate progress with your team
- Provide supervision for a manageable client load
- Deliver one-on-one therapy and training as required
- Collaborate with fellow therapists for a comprehensive approach
- Maintain client confidentiality and ensure effective communication
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related discipline
- CBA certification is essential
- BLS Certification (or willingness to obtain post-hire)
- Availability on-site during weekdays
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Pass federal and state background checks
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move freely and lift objects
- Capacity to lift up to 30 pounds
