Position Overview

We are currently seeking Bilingual Customer Support Specialists to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age requirement of 21 years
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) - no DUI, DWI, or child endangerment offenses
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and fingerprinting
  • Negative drug test results - must be free of THC, even in legal jurisdictions
  • Compliance with federal or state contract mandates (if applicable): Verification of COVID vaccinations and other immunizations (e.g., varicella, measles, mumps, tetanus, Tdap, Rubella, Flu, Hepatitis A and B)

Compensation Details:

Hourly rate: $17.00

Compensation may vary based on various factors, including skills, experience, and educational background.

Benefits:

Benefit packages for this position will commence on the 31st day of employment and will encompass medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and access to a 401k retirement plan with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as mandated by applicable law.
