Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive nursing care plans with guidance from RNs
  • Conduct thorough physical assessments and medical histories
  • Administer medications as prescribed, taking precautions against drug hoarding and trafficking
  • Evaluate patient symptoms, reactions, and progress, reporting problems to management
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
  • Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state where the facility is located
  • Two years of direct work experience as an LPN preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
