The Fountain Installer is responsible for the installation of fountain equipment, executing the following tasks:
Daily Responsibilities:- Install and remove fountain equipment as required.
- Engage with customers, sales personnel, and contractors effectively.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of necessary parts.
- Exhibit strong written communication skills through company platforms.
- Assist with service calls as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Valid driver's license required, with a commitment to adhere to company fleet policies.
- Ability to obtain DOT Certification and meet DOT physical requirements.
- Possession of a valid Class A or B CDL license is required, with a commitment to comply with company fleet policies.
- Ability to secure a Class A CDL within 90 days.
- Ability to maintain DOT physical standards.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as mandated by the position and adherence to company safety policies.
- Regular and punctual attendance is essential for this role.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with company guidelines.
- Ensure the safety and security of company assets.
- Utilize all company-provided resources and technology effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; or 0 to 6 months of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.
- Ability to obtain Coca-Cola North America (CCNA) certification.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, or a flexible schedule as necessary.
- Proficient in using basic hand tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent sitting, stair climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent exposure to water and loud noise.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel/squat, crawl, reach overhead, and perform fine manipulation tasks.
- Ability to collaborate with all functional team members.
