Position Overview

The Fountain Installer is tasked with the installation of fountain equipment, executing the following responsibilities:

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Install and remove fountain equipment as required.
  • Engage with customers, sales teams, and contractors effectively.
  • Maintain precise inventory of parts and supplies.
  • Utilize written communication skills through designated platforms.
  • Assist with service calls as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and adherence to fleet policy.
  • Capability to obtain DOT Certification and meet DOT physical standards.
  • Valid Class A or B CDL license required, with compliance to fleet policy.
  • Ability to secure Class A CDL within 90 days.
  • Capacity to meet DOT physical requirements.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as mandated by the position and compliance with safety policies.
  • Regular and punctual attendance is essential.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Ensure the safety and security of company assets.
  • Utilize all company-provided resources and technology effectively.
  • High school diploma or GED; or 0 to 6 months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to obtain Coca-Cola North America (CCNA) certification.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
  • Proficient in using basic hand tools.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to sit, climb stairs, lift, carry, push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent exposure to water and loud environments.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, reach overhead, and perform fine manipulation tasks.
  • Capability to collaborate with all functional team members.
