Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Specialist to join our team at EnovaPremier LLC. As a key member of our maintenance operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production and facility equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Provide hands-on management of installation, preventive maintenance, and repair/improvement of plant equipment to support business goals and objectives.
  2. Supervisory Duties: Supervise maintenance technicians, develop problem-solving skills, and assist in hiring, coaching, and recommendations for promotion and/or separation.
  3. Preventive Maintenance Program: Maintain and continuously improve the use of the preventive maintenance program to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  4. Equipment Troubleshooting: Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
  5. Safety and Housekeeping: Ensure all safety regulations are followed and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
  6. Technical Support: Assist in the relief of plant technical staff during absences from the plant and provide technical support as required.
  7. Leadership and Teamwork: Demonstrate the ability to lead and gain consensus among team members at all levels and cover for the Maintenance Manager as needed.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Research, design, and implement new technology to improve equipment performance and quality to the customer.
  9. Additional Responsibilities: Support plant/maintenance operations as required 24/7 and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: Associate's Degree or higher in Industrial Maintenance (or similar field) or equivalent experience.
  2. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic design and repair, as well as experience with operator interface programming and servo controlled systems.
  3. Soft Skills: Strong decision-making ability, customer orientation, effective listening, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 70 lbs, push, pull, and carry, body coordination, arm/hand steadiness, see colors and near vision, and work in confined spaces.
