We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Field Services Analyst to join our team at Connico. As a key member of our construction consultancy, you will play a crucial role in executing large-scale, complex airport construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimating and Scheduling: Assist in assembling estimates and schedules in clear and concise formats to fit client needs, including pricing research, input or development of unit prices, cataloging and sharing quantity takeoff, and compilation of project reports.
  • Data Input and Management: Assist with data input for cost and assembly databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deliverables and Reporting: Produce high-quality deliverables, including project reports, and develop an understanding of the differences between detailed design and planning-level or ROM-level documents.
  • Team Collaboration and Training: Contribute to an internal team to achieve project goals, including on-time delivery of deliverables, producing reports that meet Connico's core values and high standard of quality, communicating project changes or challenges to the project team, and coordinating your work to help bring the project on budget.
  • Travel and Professional Development: Some travel may be required, including visits to conferences, client offices, project sites, or other company offices, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Education: Four-year degree from an accredited institution in construction management, engineering, estimating, quantity surveying, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in essential office software, including Adobe, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with estimating software programs such as On-Screen Takeoff, Timberline, MII, or Success.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the aviation market and construction industry, including architectural, civil, and engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Certifications: Certification, including EIT, is preferred but not required.
