Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate business growth initiatives through significant business development and excellent management of key client relationships.
  • Maintain an outstanding record of revenue generation from new customers and existing portfolios, ensuring adherence to internal control standards.
  • Develop new business by contacting prospects and clients, and by cross-selling Bank products and services.
  • Participate in Bank and community activities to increase Bank's brand visibility and enhance new business opportunities.
  • Apply deep expertise in bank products, processes, and systems to ensure a high-quality client experience.
  • Effectively collaborate and partner with the team and other units/areas within the bank.
  • Advise clients on methods to effectively and efficiently manage their liquidity, inclusive of cash management/deposits solutions and internal referrals.
  • Develop and manage Commercial banking relationships.
  • Develop plans for new business production, including focused calling and pipeline management activities.
  • Act as the prime subject matter expert for internal/external stakeholders.
  • Provide oversight, monitoring, and reporting specific to assigned business group for regulatory remediation.

  • Deep expertise in bank products, processes, and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle non-routine situations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and partner with the team and other units/areas within the bank.
