Introduction

If you possess four (4) years of experience in one or more trade disciplines and two (2) years of hands-on skilled trade functions, we encourage you to explore this opportunity to join our team as a Skilled Trades Specialist.

The State of Connecticut is actively seeking to fill a full-time position in Stamford, CT.

Position Highlights:

  • Full-time | 37.5 Hours
  • 1st Shift | 6:00 am – 2:00 pm

In your capacity as a Skilled Trades Specialist, you will have the chance to:

  • Execute advanced maintenance and/or construction tasks that necessitate the application of trade skills, regulations, and industry standards across a range of trade areas, including but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVACR, glazing, masonry, and painting.
  • Assess time, personnel, and materials needed for assigned projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Carry out snow removal responsibilities as required.
  • Operate trucks and power tools as necessary.
  • Undertake related duties as assigned.
