Job Summary

We're seeking a friendly and motivated Hyper Wellness Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, booking appointments, and administering non-medical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous service to every client
  • Answer phone calls and return voicemails in a timely manner
  • Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments with ease
  • Onboard new clients, obtain waivers, and create client profiles in our POS system
  • Check-in and retail-out customer sessions on our POS system
  • Greet customers and escort them to their service of choice
  • Administer all non-medical services, including product sales and membership promotions
  • Execute opening and closing duties, including maintaining store cleanliness and laundry upkeep
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and educate clients on our services
Requirements
  • A passion for health and wellness
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or service environment
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Excellent communication skills
