Wellness Ambassador

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hyper Wellness Representative. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about health and wellness and enjoys providing exceptional customer service.

• Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with every client
• Answer phone calls and return voicemails in a timely manner
• Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments with ease
• On-board new clients, obtain waivers, and create Client Profiles in our POS system
• Check-in and retail-out customer sessions on our POS system
• Greet customers and usher them to their service of choice
• Administer all non-medical and non-specialty services
• Provide service tours, sell packages and memberships
• Execute opening and closing duties
• Maintain current product knowledge of all modalities and products
• Educate clients on all Restore modalities
• Assist in other store operations, including maintaining store cleanliness and assisting with customer lead reach out

• A love for health and wellness
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail/service environment
• Availability to work weekends
• Excellent communication skills
