Job Title: Architectural Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Designer to join our team at Precision Walls. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs and models of exterior building envelopes, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement architectural designs for exterior building envelopes, including walls, roofs, and facades.
  • Collaborate with our team of engineers and architects to ensure that designs meet client requirements and building codes.
  • Use AutoCAD and other design software to create detailed models and drawings of building envelopes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that designs meet their needs and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our design processes and products.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in architectural drafting and detailing, with a focus on exterior building envelopes.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations, including accessibility and sustainability standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
