About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Designer III to join our team at Clark Nexsen. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality architectural designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the conceptual design and development of architectural projects
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver design solutions that meet client needs
  • Develop and represent technical viewpoints on projects
  • Liaise with project management, architects, and consultants to ensure project success
  • Coordinate with directors and department heads on technical solutions and product strategies
  • Develop design sketches, renderings, models, graphics, and presentation materials
  • Participate in construction administration, including jobsite visits and responding to contractor questions
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, owners, users, team members, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies
  • Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and continuous learning
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an NAAB-accredited Architecture program
  • 8+ years of professional experience in an architectural practice or related field
  • Prior experience in model building, graphic design, and presentation capabilities
  • Exposure to environmental analysis applications, such as Climate Studio, Sefaira, Insight360, and Lady Bug/Honeybee
  • Commitment to sustainable design principles and interest in achieving LEED AP, WELL AP, and/or Green Globes accreditation
