Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.

  • Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, monitor and control expenses, and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

  • Inventory and Purchasing: Manage inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and develop relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to PA and Philadelphia health and safety regulations, maintain a clean and safe work environment for staff and customers.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a restaurant or bar manager, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced and dynamic setting with occasional evening and weekend hours.
  • Physical demands include standing for long periods and handling food and beverages.
