AdvisaCare, a prominent provider of home health care solutions, is in search of a skilled and motivated Head of Rehabilitation Services to become part of our dedicated team.

In the role of Head of Rehabilitation Services, you will be tasked with overseeing and directing the rehabilitation department, ensuring that our patients receive top-notch care.

Your leadership will be crucial in guiding and supporting a team of rehabilitation specialists, equipping them with the necessary resources and training to deliver outstanding care.


Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily functions of the rehabilitation department.

Formulate and enforce policies and procedures to guarantee the highest standards of care.

Provide direction and support to a team of rehabilitation specialists, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and develop effective treatment strategies.

Assess and review the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs, providing recommendations for enhancements.

Stay informed about the latest advancements in rehabilitation practices and apply best practices in the department.

Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations while maintaining precise documentation.

Qualifications:

Master's degree or Doctorate in Rehabilitation Sciences.

Current licensure as a Rehabilitation Specialist in the relevant state.

Proven leadership and management capabilities, with a talent for motivating and inspiring a team.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

Understanding of state and federal regulations related to rehabilitation services.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to engage in fieldwork as necessary.
