Job Summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, resolving hardware and software issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Configure, install, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and network devices to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues, and to develop and implement technical strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and apply this knowledge to improve our technical capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in IT support, with a strong background in computer systems and networks.
  • Secret clearance required.
  • Current DoD 8570 IA Baseline Certification, IAT Level I (examples: A+ CE, Network+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security certifications).
  • COMPTIA Security Certification.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
