About the Role

The Government & Commercial Fleet Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations and procedures of the fleet department. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can provide exceptional customer service to internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Government and Commercial General Managers on orders, bids, paperwork processing, and pricing requests.
  • Provide operational support, including vehicle quotes, orders, aftermarket assistance, vehicle status reports, invoice processing, and paperwork audits.
  • Communicate with fleet accounts and dealership partners on order details, payment reminders, and vehicle delivery scheduling.
  • Develop user-friendly fleet operational process documents to ensure efficiency.
  • Maintain fleet logins, passwords, and office requests.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of dealership or equivalent fleet account management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with management, dealership employees, and customers.
  • Effective time management and goal-oriented skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help others.
  • Great customer service skills with timely follow-up.
  • Computer skills: proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Drive.
  • Ability to travel to home office, fleet customers, and dealerships as needed.
  • Eligibility to obtain a notary license and maintain a valid/active United States-issued driver's license.

Compensation:

$55,000 - $70,000 Annual Salary.

The salary will be based on several factors, including the job's geographical location, expertise, skills, and professional background. Additional components of the comprehensive compensation package may be contingent upon the specific job offer.
