About the Opportunity
This Preconstruction and Project Development Specialist position is an excellent opportunity for students interested in project management and construction workflows. As a specialist, you will assist with project planning, coordination, and scheduling for various renewable energy and energy efficiency projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with project planning, coordination, and scheduling for various renewable energy and energy efficiency projects.
• Support the project team in preparing cost estimates, pricing worksheets, and other preconstruction documents.
• Help manage and organize project documentation, including review comments, specifications, and meeting minutes.
• Participate in data entry and tracking of project milestones, costs, and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project budgets, timelines, and goals are met.
• Attend design and project meetings, taking notes and assisting in follow-up actions.
• Assist with the coordination of bids from subcontractors and vendors, including reviewing proposals and tracking pricing.
• Foster effective communication between project management, engineering, and field teams.

Requirements:
• Current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Ability to review confidential US security information.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Financial literacy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Interest in Energy Efficiency or Renewable Technology.
• Familiarity with project management or construction workflows.

Salary
$50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
