Position Summary
We are in search of skilled and certified Automotive Technicians to enhance our service department. An Automotive Technician, also known as a service technician, is responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of vehicles within our service area. You will provide precise information to the service manager and advisors regarding vehicles processed through our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently, adhering to dealership policies and procedures.
- Conduct test drives and assess components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Engage directly with the Service Advisor to ensure customers are informed about any additional services required.
- Provide estimates for the time needed for further repairs.
- Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Technician.
- ASE Certification is mandatory.
- A-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
- Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary vehicle technologies.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude in a team setting.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations.
- Positive demeanor and a customer-focused mindset.
- Enjoyment of a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, repair methods, and specifications.
- Capability to operate electronic diagnostic tools.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
