Job Summary

The Lube Technician is a key member of our Express Service team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient and high-quality lube and oil change services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform express lube duties on vehicles, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles, identifying and reporting any necessary repairs to the service advisor.
  • Install completed LOF reminder stickers in vehicles, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Check and maintain vehicle fluid levels, including oil, transmission, power steering, and coolant.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean and free of fluid residue or fingerprints, maintaining a high level of presentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Record hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
  • Demonstrable mechanical skills and knowledge.
  • Technical training or commensurate technical experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Regular and predictable attendance, including evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
