About the Role

As a Facility Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and advancing our company's presence in the market. You'll work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales success
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • Successfully pass Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks
  • Sales or customer service experience; or completion of a college degree within the last 18 months; or military service
Preferred Qualifications
  • Business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems - Salesforce preferred
