Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement initiatives
  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the division
  • Design and implement financial reporting and analysis tools to support business needs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely-related field
  • Five or more years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance roles
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Experience with complex ERP systems and business intelligence tools
