Job Description

Royal Oaks Country Club Houston Inc seeks a dedicated and results-driven Concierge Lead Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Concierge team, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Train and supervise Concierge staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage the daily function of the Front/Concierge Desk, including greeting members, guests, and employees, maintaining appearance of reception area, and overseeing lost and found items.
  • Direct deliveries from packaging companies, sort and distribute incoming mail, and organize weekly Concierge schedules.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or General Manager.

Requirements

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Pleasant phone voice, ability to manage several things at once, and good organizational skills.
  • Must be able to manage cash and appear for work on time.

Salary

$55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
