Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in San Jose, California. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for conducting interviews, recommending products, closing sales, and using our Customer Care Sales Model.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for sales opportunities and build strong relationships with customers.
- Collect premiums from policyholders and process paperwork.
- Respond promptly to policyholder service requests.
- Keep accurate records and account for money collected.
- Grow the agency size and increase revenue.
Requirements
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to visit customers and prospects door-to-door.
- Valid driver's license with 100k/300k auto insurance coverage.
- Dependable vehicle for daily travel.
- Licensing – Various state licenses are required to sell or service insurance products.
- Basic Training – New agents complete a basic development program.
