LPN - Geriatric Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at LCB Senior Living, LLC. As a Resident Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Resident Care Director with the management of the community, including direct supervision of Resident Care Associates.
- Monitor emerging health needs of residents and cover for resident care staffing as needed.
- Participate in community marketing efforts and promote the mission and core values of LCB Senior Living, LLC.
- Develop and revise service plans as per state regulatory requirements.
- Direct and supervise the daily work assignments of resident care associates.
- Current RN or LPN License in the state of employment.
- At least two years of experience in a geriatric setting and previous health experience in hospital and/or community setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.
