Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at The Marquardt, an Illuminus Community. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment.

Requirements

* Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
* Active CPR certification.
* Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics preferred.
* Supervisory experience a plus.
* Ability to relate well to all individuals and maintain confidentiality.
* Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.

* Competitive hourly rate of $34.50-$45.00, based on experience.
* Shift differential for PM and NOC shifts.
