Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build customer relationships by offering personalized product recommendations and creating a welcoming shopping environment
  • Operate cash register and execute cash handling to standards
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping experience
  • Participate in the truck un-load and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget
  • Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs
Requirements
  • Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills
  • Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, lifting heavy boxes and frames and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
