About the Role

This HSE Technician will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of employees and contractors at Primoris Pipeline, Inc. sites in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and incidents.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards.
  • Investigate incidents and near-miss events to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Train employees and contractors on safety procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HSE or related field.
  • At least three years of experience in construction, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Certifications such as CHST, OSHA 30, and CPR/FA are highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience.
