Assistant Manager

About the Position:
The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the iSMASH center. This involves supporting staff on the sales floor, handling administrative duties, and overseeing employee activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting inventory shipments and ensuring accurate stock levels
- Resolving customer complaints and providing high-level support
- Training new team members and developing their retail skills
- Assisting the General Manager in achieving sales targets and planning promotions
- Maintaining inventory controls and facilitating inventory transactions
- Ensuring the center is secure at closing and maintaining accurate records
- Providing excellent customer service and interacting with customers who require support
- Maintaining a clean and presentable store environment
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior management experience in a retail store or entertainment center
- Strong customer service skills and excellent leadership abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy merchandise and work in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding sales abilities and ability to operate basic business software programs
Compensation:
$15-20/hour
