Director of Wholesale Operations

Dôen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Wholesale Operations to join our team in Los Angeles. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our Wholesale Operations, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise daily activities of the Wholesale team, driving business results and supporting sales teams to ensure timely and effective fulfillment of wholesale orders.
- Set and communicate customer service priorities with partners, ensuring exceptional service and building strong relationships.
- Supervise new account onboarding, ensuring all customer requirements are understood and met by cross-functional teams.
- Manage NetSuite Order management, including Order Entry, Order Updates, and Style/Color updates.
- Oversee the process of order validation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage open order reports, ensuring the Wholesale team meets ship windows effectively.
- Responsible for EDI entries, processing, and communication through EDI system and NetSuite.
- Ensure accuracy of shipments and documentation for outgoing domestic and international shipments.
- Manage non-direct wholesale platforms, including shipping documentation and prep, related shipping approvals, and management of trackers/system updates.
- Oversight and management of payment requests, credit card processing, and invoicing for customers not managed through factor.
- Responsible for maintaining and generating thorough sales and inventory reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Partner cross-functionally with Wholesale Consultant and Associate Account Executive on account priorities and with the warehouse on corresponding allocation and fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the Sales team and Logistics team to maintain all contracts and shipping guidelines.
- Partner with the Finance and Production team to complete various vendor forms related to product information.
- Manage and supervise drop-shipping SLAs, ensuring reporting, compliance, tracking, and communication of dropship performance and metrics.
- Responsible for partnering with Production and Logistics teams on open order summary reporting with ETA updates, shipping plans, and extension/early ship updates to Sales.
- Work cross-functionally to problem-solve, address technical issues, and streamline internal resources and processes.
- Actively participate in the hiring process of the Wholesale Team, managing the team, and approving time off requests and timesheets.
- Responsible for big-picture oversight and reporting related to monthly revenue targets, specifically related to shipping targets, and end-of-month fulfillment summary.
- Optimize and streamline our Wholesale Operations for maximum efficiency, flexibility, and scalability.
- Perform quarterly reviews for the Wholesale team, making recommendations regarding the advancement or promotion of team members.
- 5 years of Wholesale experience.
- 3 years of Retail experience is a plus.
- Must have ERP experience.
- Attention to detail and knowledge of our product.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong team-player, hardworking, and self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced, and dynamic team environment.
- Exceptional time management and follow-up skills.
- Advanced experience with Excel, Google Sheets, understanding of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other key functions.
