A dynamic multi-line fashion apparel firm is seeking a part-time Wholesale Showroom Support Specialist for an ongoing temporary position. In this capacity, you will oversee showroom and office operations, administrative tasks, shipping and packaging, e-commerce support, and logistics coordination. This role is not focused on sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sample Management:
    • Coordinate the packing, unpacking, and shipping of samples for travel sales appointments.
    • Manage the shipping of samples to accounts and track their returns.
    • Maintain a log of samples currently in the showroom or on loan.
    • Archive samples designated for donations.
    • Update sample hang tags and occasionally take samples to dry cleaners or tailors for repairs and modifications.
    • Create fabric swatch cards and update article numbers on fabric samples.
    • Organize fabrics and swatch cards for easy reference in product development.

Showroom Maintenance:

  • Ensure that samples are displayed neatly and organized at all times.
  • Maintain the showroom space to ensure it is always ready for meetings.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain file cabinets and digitize files into scanned PDFs on an external drive.
  • Update the ATS file as needed.
  • Organize and clean the office space for maximum efficiency.
  • Order office supplies as required.
  • Assist in researching and booking travel arrangements.
  • Perform general ad hoc assignments, which may include creating PowerPoint presentations and researching trends online.

Compensation: $20/HR
