Job Title: Program Manager

Doosan Bobcat is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the development of new products and manage project portfolios within our product lineup.

Job Summary:

The Program Manager will be responsible for developing and managing project portfolios, leading project teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role will play a key part in driving business growth and maintaining a leadership position in the global market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project portfolios to achieve business objectives
  • Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and reports to ensure transparency and accountability
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of project management experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including MS Project or a comparable project scheduling tool
  • Experience in traditional waterfall processes and Agile methods
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
