Job Title: Apprenticeship Program Manager

Join Wanzek Construction, a leading provider of renewable energy construction services, as an Apprenticeship Program Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire apprenticeship lifecycle, from recruitment to completion, ensuring a high-quality experience for apprentices and meeting the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective apprenticeship programs aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and functional business stakeholders to identify and prioritize apprenticeship initiatives.
  • Manage daily operations, including program administration, data tracking, budgeting, grant management, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate program standards and federal regulations.
  • Work closely with the US Department of Labor and utilize the RAPIDS system to track and monitor apprentice progress.
  • Build strategic partner relationships with high schools and local community colleges to sustain apprenticeship growth.
  • Assist with grant-funded project activities, including data tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years' experience in relevant fields or an Associate's degree with 5 years of experience.
  • Two years of experience in program management and/or workforce development.
  • Preferred experience with apprenticeships, bilingualism, and NCCER Master Trainer Certification.
