We are seeking a compassionate Donor Registration Specialist to join our team at CSL Plasma. This is a full-time position with a competitive estimated salary of $42,000 per year.
About the Position:
The Donor Registration Specialist will be responsible for registering donors, conducting health screening procedures, and maintaining accurate records of donor data. You will work closely with the Assistant Center Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient donation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register and verify donor eligibility
- Conduct health screening procedures, including blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature, and finger stick
- Maintain accurate records of donor data
- Provide excellent customer service to donors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 months experience in a clerical or customer service position
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds
