About The Role
We are seeking a Manufacturing Efficiency Engineer to join our team at The Recruiting Pros. In this role, you will play a key part in driving process optimization initiatives by identifying, analyzing, and improving existing logistics and manufacturing processes. Your goal will be to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of production equipment, tools, and processes associated with new product development and line extensions. You will provide overall engineering support in a hands-on, rapidly evolving business environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong work ethic, ability to work independently and as a team, a strong mechanical aptitude, understanding of ERP theory, and a proven track history of providing continuous improvement via the engineering process.

Responsibilities and Expectations
• Work collaboratively with engineering, materials, quality, and production teams to drive process optimization initiatives
• Use engineering fundamentals to develop innovative solutions for process improvements
• Conduct performance tests on production equipment and tooling processes to optimize production efficiency
• Analyze existing production and peripheral equipment design and processes to evaluate performance
• Provide leadership in conducting reviews of process designs and ensuring compliance with ISO standards
• Develop and present plans, costing, and timelines for proposed changes to manufacturing processes and equipment
• Ensure operational manuals are up-to-date and accurately reflect current processes and procedures

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in process engineering focused on process/continuous improvement. Additionally, proficiency in CAD software, data analysis software tools, and process control knowledge is essential. Experience with ERP systems, Lean Six Sigma principles, and supervisory experience are also highly valued.

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 based on industry standards and location.
