Job Summary

OCI Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service and Registration

Provide exceptional guest service and ensure all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Financial Operations

Register and process guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial transactions.

Revenue Maximization

Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize revenue and occupancy, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Compliance

Complete daily management operations reports and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Account Management

Ensure all guest accounts are complete and accurate, and resolve any discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
