Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service and Registration
    • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Financial Operations
    • Register and process guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
    • Complete daily management operations reports, providing detailed insights into hotel operations.

  • Hotel Operations
