Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and outgoing sales professional with excellent customer service skills. As a Wireless Sales Consultant at WiCom Inc., you will be responsible for interacting with customers to assess their wireless needs and offer tailored solutions from our wide range of Verizon products and services.

We are looking for someone who can consistently meet or surpass performance targets and sales quotas, while identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services to new and existing customers. You will also be responsible for addressing customer service concerns promptly and professionally, building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers, and managing register transactions.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant - Wireless Services, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, providing them with personalized solutions that meet their wireless needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers to assess their wireless service needs and recommend suitable Verizon Wireless products and services
* Consistently meet or surpass performance targets and sales quotas
* Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services to new and existing customers, maximizing sales potential
* Address customer service concerns promptly and professionally
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers
* Manage register transactions, including daily cash-in and cash-out processes
* Follow up on customer inquiries and promote services through social media channels
* Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should have experience in a commission- or performance-based setting, and preferably 1+ years of direct customer-facing sales experience. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, flexible, and have a strong willingness to learn about our diverse range of Verizon Wireless products.

Compensation

Total Compensation: $36,000-$80,000/year (Hourly + Commission)
