The successful candidate will be responsible for performing comprehensive health histories and physical assessments of patients living with serious illnesses, incorporating holistic aspects of patient care, and documenting findings promptly.
The ideal candidate will provide services primarily in the inpatient setting and possess strong work ethic, teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently.

- Incorporate holistic aspects of patient care
- Accurate documentation of findings promptly
- Continuum of care planning
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
- Open to new graduates with Palliative Care experience
- BLS certification
- Certified in Palliative Care
- 2 years of Palliative Care experience as a NP preferred
