As an Intermediate Project Coordinator (Consultant) at AG Consulting Partners, your daily responsibilities may include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the timely, high-quality, and consistent execution of business operations
- Engaging in and overseeing various Rhythm of Business workstreams
- Managing team communications and platforms; creating presentations, including content development and cross-team coordination
- Collecting feedback, providing actionable insights, and designing innovative strategies/programs to foster business growth
- Interacting with program/process owners, stakeholders, and business partners as needed to convey project objectives, strategies, tactics, and ongoing progress
- Assisting managers and teams in driving business programs and initiatives
- Acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader

Qualifications
You possess:
- 4+ years of client-facing consulting experience
- Residency in Washington State or Texas
- Strong presentation skills, with persuasive and concise oral, written, and email communication abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Experience managing ambiguous requests while synthesizing information into actionable recommendations for diverse audiences
- A commitment to continuous learning
- Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Project Management methodologies
- The ability to quickly establish trust and value-based relationships with individuals at all organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications
- Consulting experience with a Microsoft Account is advantageous
- PMP or other project management certification is preferred
- Scrum Master certification (CSM) is a plus

The compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market. We strive to ensure that our compensation package is competitive and fair, taking into account various factors to provide a rewarding opportunity for our team members.
The annual salary range for this role is: $90,000 and above, in addition to our comprehensive benefits package.
